It’s been a while…

Wow. I haven’t written here in a while. I started to study for certifications and powerlifting, and then I got pregnant 😂 in six weeks, I will be a mom of three!

I’m still working at the gym. Slowly I am working towards adding online coaching to my title. For a few months I will only be online coaching. Then I’m working on a hybrid of in person and online. I love in person training, so I don’t want to give up on that. However, with a new baby, I can’t be a full time in person trainer anymore - that is reality, and that is ok.

I don’t want to be an annoying influencer, and I don’t want to sound like I don’t know my stuff. So I’ve been working on what type of online coach I want to be, as well as influence on social media platforms. Hopefully I can be a light and asset to people everywhere over time.

I’m going to start adding more content to this blog. Until then, I’m getting some rest. Being almost 33 weeks pregnant is exhausting 😂
